The most common way to take a picture is to take it from eye level and straight forward. However, this might cause a very common and uncreative picture. By changing your perspective you can create a much more interesting picture. Try taking a picture kneeling down or hey while we are at it: lying down and shoot upwards! This is called frog perspective as you are now looking up to your subject.
